We provide specialist security personnel for all aspects of the industry from static guards, to concierge and specialist Crowd Control personnel for licenced premises 

Commitment To Service 

All staff currently employed with the company have varying levels of security qualifications, ranging from Cert II in Security up to Cert IV in security risk management and workplace training. This results in the company being able to operate at high standard, ensuring long term relationships that we enjoy with our clients 

Legislative Requirements 

The Company complies with all legislative requirements which include:

It is crucial that security officers reflect and present the right IMAGE. After all, appearance is paramount in projecting the right perception for all those with whom we deal. This also reflects on the clients business where these officers are operating and preforming their duties.


All our staff are thoroughly screened and initiated before they can carry out any work whatsoever. Our company has a very stringent selection process ensuring only guards we feel are capable and experienced enough to perform the work are employed. 

Our Security personnel must demonstrate:


  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • High personal standards & presentation

  • Ability for decision making 

  • ability and experience o handle situations with common-sense 

  • Reliability and functionality 

  • Planning and organizational skills 

  • Recognised job motivation

Value Added Service 
  • 24 hour call-out, our area supervisors are on call 24 hours a day and will respond on site to our client, generally within the hour (Sydney Metropolitan Area)

  • Guaranteed Coverage of all shifts. If a guard fails to show up for a shift for whatever reason, the area supervisor will cover the guards post temporarily until appropriate arrangements have been made.

  • Area supervisors are provided with well equipped security vehicles which carry spare uniforms and equipment so that all security personnel at all locations are in correct uniform and have the required equipment at all times. 

WH&S Policies 

Our Company has in place comprehensive WH&S Policies in accordance with the industrial regulations legislation which cover the following:

  • WH&S Training and education of all staff 

  • Safe workplace designing and procedures

  • Provision of personal protective equipment

  • Hazard identification & Workplace inspection

  • Emergency Procedures

  • Consultation with staff on WH&S issues

  • Safety & WH&S audits

Individual Security Management Plans are developed for each site in conjunction with the client. In addition a risk assessment is conducted for each site
